Absolutely amazing stay at Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Resort! The resort is stunning with multiple pools, beautiful beaches, and plenty of dining options. The staff were welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt special. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The entertainment, excursions, and overall atmosphere made this a trip to remember. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Puerto Plata!
Service lacked luster. Servers could care less to attend you in the restaurants. Food was mediocre. Beautiful rooms and pool area. In terms of checking in, upon arrival we requested to extend a night as there were rooms available, they said we needed to wait until our check out date, but that they were certain they could accommodate. On our day of checkout, they were supposedly sold out, along with their 3 other sister resorts on the property. They couldn't accommodate us another night even though we had expressed the need days prior when the rooms where available. Upon leaving and checking into another resort nearby, we found out that the hotel had availability online with a 3 day minimum. Seemed like they just didnt want to extend the 1 night. The customer service was extremely poor.
Don’t recommend, feels like a scam when you have a “VIP” membership. They used to have good things like 6/7 years ago for VIP members, better food, wayy better service and attention to detail. Now everything is just all over the place, wifi is not free after paying to be a “member” of them. The Villas you don’t even really “own” them. The phone at the hotel room didn’t work. Food was alright, could’ve been better. One of the rooms were hot during the night even when both the fan and A/C were on. The workers there have no fault in this, only the top owners that only deep down really just care about the printed paper (money). With the money spend at this place, we could’ve did wayy more activities and seen wayy moe beautiful places. I say safe your money and go to Punta Cana.
