Fantastic people and a really, really fantastic place. First class from start to finish in every way. I genuinely cannot praise Andrea and Ornella's attention to detail too much. Such luxury at such value no more than 10 minutes walk from the Leaning Tower. THE place to stay.

Correct breakfast: croissant,fruits and sandwiches,no eggs or yogourt.Very good coffe. The room was very nice nice and clean. 5-10 minutes by foot to the Tower of Pisa. I didn't like the fact that is a rail way next to the house and if there is noise I don't sleep very well,but I resolved this with soudproofing ear plugs that I tooked with me just in case.My wife didn't had any problem sleeping with the train passing by.Parking at 5 eur per night.

Not good value for money. Too near to the train track, dungeon smell in the hallway and something that matters a lot to me, the extremely limited breakfast. Coffe, a croissant with prosciutto and cereal and yougurt. That is all I remember. I was too flabbergasted to observe much else when I saw the small tray with a couple of bland sandwiches. The price is to high for what they are offering. Do search a bit more if you want to book here. To be fair, Andrea was very helpful and friendly and the room itself (apart from the humidity customery here) was clean and nice.
