This hotel was incredible. Everything from the staff to the rooms was perfect! Stayed here 4 nights in total and loved it. The staff are amazing; so friendly, helpful and professional. The room was big, clean and super comfortable beds. The rooftop pool was so nice with amazing views of the city and lake. Food was really good too and the breakfast was nice. They let us leave our bags here for 3 nights while we went hiking which was great. Location of the hotel is really good. 10/10 recommend this place.
Love this hotel. Great breakfast every morning. I stayed 10 days last year and it was so peaceful. Love the staff and service. The rooftop pool has a great view of the lake. They even have a lock box on request which is hard to find in Nepal. I will definitely stay here again this year for my trip to Pokhara. The underground parking is a winning plus to the accommodation.
Peaceful location, hygienic atmosphere, good facilities (bathroom, bedrooms, balcony). Rainfall may affect the pool otherwise it is perfectly fine. Rooftop bar too. Lifts were a good fit for the building with an underground parking. Staffs maintained amazing hospitality throughout the stay period.
