Staff: 5/5 Public areas: 4/5 Rooms: 2/5 Welcoming, nice, diligent and awesome staff, always ready to help, always willing to go the extra mile... With a smile Public areas are nice, grass nicely trimmed, nice pools and comfortable hammocks. Saw some ponies and a bar... But it seems they we not available. Also heared of a spa we did not use... No towels at the pool though, the water a bit dark and full of fallen leaves from the trees. Meals were ok, it's a buffet, but not an all-you-can-eat. So you can go and have a plate with whatever you want, but no seconds. Most of the food is pretty simple and just a couple options for drinks. It was good, but don't have big expectations about it. Now, the rooms... They were bad. They have a lot of potential, but our room seemed pretty abandoned. Nice location, but walls full of cracks, light that won't work, the mini fridge was broken and my iPad was bigger than the TV. The restroom was the worst: the door didn't shut (we had to improve a string to keep it closed), the sink was broken, the toilet didn't flush properly and there was no water pressure. No hot water either. It's not a cheap place, and I would have expected a lot more for the rooms. Pretty cheap bedsheets, towels and blankets as well I dunno if I would go back... Love the staff and the public areas, but the room was not good

Nice experience. No hot water. Massage was more of a body rub.
