This is a great family friendly hotel. The staff are amazing people and very approachable and attentive. They made such an effort with my son. Which made my time with my sister easier. I am very grateful. Charlie really enjoyed his holiday. Thank you for making our trip a great memory we will remember. Love Paula,Fiona and Charlie.

The people who work there are wonderful.. however the hotel itself is rancid. There is mold in the rooms, the doors are falling apart from moisture. Our room was cleaned just before we arrived and somehow the floor was still dirty and sticky. The bathroom had a switch that gave electric shocks. The location is great, but even that doesn’t make up for the feeling that you feel dirty for even staying in the room. It was a bad experience and I have stayed in budget options all over the place and this was one if the places where I felt the most dirty after only one night.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Do not go there! Hotel looks nothing like the pictures, it is badly worn down, smelly, and just felt unsafe. When we first got our room we went straight down and complained, but they gave us a similar room with smell and a disgusting bathroom while they pretended everything was fine. The walls were in very bad shape and tiles on the floor were loose. The door could not close properly and there was almost no water pressure. WiFi did not work. We ended up leaving early because it felt unsafe and disgusting to be in. Please, please brace yourself if you book here.
