Abraj Al Tayseer Tuwa Hotel

Had a fantastic stay at Abraj Al Tayseer. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and professional specially Mr. Essam—check-in was quick, and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

My experience with this hotel has been very good and excellent. When I was coming, I was worried about how the hotel would be, as my last experience in Makkah was not pleasant. The rooms here are very clean and well-maintained according to modern standards. Their services are fast and efficient, and all kinds of facilities are easily available here. The staff is very polite and well-mannered. The best thing about this place is that they provide transportation for Umrah — their buses take us to Haram and bring us back, which is very convenient. I faced no problems this time, which is why I’m giving them 5 stars.

1 star (and even that feels generous) Absolutely unacceptable experience. My confirmed reservation through Booking was canceled without any valid reason, even though my credit card was perfectly valid. To make matters worse, I still had 24 hours left to update my payment details if needed, not that it should have been necessary, since the card worked just fine. No attempt to contact me, no explanation, no customer service, just a cold, automatic cancellation with zero regard for the guest. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. When you plan ahead and rely on confirmed bookings, this kind of behavior is not just disappointing, it’s outrageous. Avoid this place at all costs.
