Very nice hotel. We enjoyed the stay very much. Beautiful view, very comfortable beds, great air conditioning, easy TV access, very nice toiletries. Just one note, the bathrooms has windows with only part of it frosted. Very easy to get to the city center with the metro. Ask for the cheapest parking in the reception since all parking around the hotel is private and can be a bit pricey if you pick the wrong one.
Excellent location in an area with lots of restaurants, grocery, and a 5min walk from the train -- super handy when coming from the airport. The rooms are standard and well appointed with full blackout shades, stunning views (we were on a very high floor), good sized bathroom, very clean. The only issue would be how dated/old and dark the hallways are -- carpets stained -- and elevators dirty. The rooms however were absolutely fine. We enjoyed a day at the spa which was FANTASTIC! Updated/new and super clean, we enjoyed the sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and 2 smaller warm water pools. Beautiful facility! We were lucky to have it comp'd as we're platinum Marriott Bonvoy members. Would definitely stay again.
We had a nice experience at this hotel. Staff was attentive and very easy to work with. They let us store two large bike boxes for a few days in the luggage room, which was a huge help. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Views from Tower 1 were great! The location was easily accessible to City Center by metro (only a few stops) or Lime e-bikes.
