We had an amazing stay at the AC Hotel Frisco—especially thanks to Anna at the front desk, who welcomed our exhausted family with genuine warmth and patience at 2:00 AM. After a long drive, her kind energy and professionalism made all the difference. She got us checked in quickly and with a smile—exactly what we needed. The hotel itself is modern and beautifully designed. Everything feels thoughtfully arranged, from the sleek lobby to the cozy, well-appointed rooms. The beds were super comfortable, and the entire room was spotless—we all got a great night’s sleep. If you’re traveling with family or just need a solid, stylish place to crash in the mountains, this place is a winner. Would absolutely stay here again—and Anna deserves a shoutout for going above and beyond!
A newer hotel with a nice bar and restaurant. Oxygen bar is great for getting your breath back if you suffer from altitude sickness. The room was nice and new. Yeah, the door on the restrooms needs to be frosted a bit more. Lots of things near the hotel. Service people were nice.
Stunning views! Beautiful rooms! 2 gripes: this chain (Marriot) never seems to put elevators by the parking lot entry doors, only stairs. Parking a vehicle was an extra $10; no where was this posted when making the reservation.
