Wow, just an incredible experience for my three night business trip. I was greeted professionally and courteously by Mason at the front desk. He immediately noticed my status with Marriott and without a word upgraded my room. Thank you, Mason, I greatly appreciate the hospitality. Excellent location within walking distance of restaurants and other entertainment options in San Rafael. Clean rooms, beautiful rooftop bar, and excellent service at the breakfast buffet.
Recently stayed at the AC San Rafael Downtown and was very pleased with our stay! The rooms were modern, clean and spacious! Location was great and everyone we encountered was so friendly! Parking was a little challenging/limited (we got back to the hotel late) and we ended up having to park on the street, but were refunded our parking fees so all worked out! Great stay overall, thank you!
My wife and I recently stayed at the AC Hotel San Rafael Downtown for a wedding in a nearby town. We were really impressed with the property. The rooms had a sleek modern, European feel with a great shower and comfortable bed, and the hotel's common areas were similar in style. Would recommend it highly to anyone traveling to San Rafael.
