The room was clean and comfortable. All of staff are kind : ) It is located near Camp Nu stadium for FC Barcelona, so I waked to there... but the stadium under re-constrction. Near the hotel, there some food stores. For sight seeing, I used free now taxi with reasonable price but tram or subway are also available.
Had a good stay overall at AC Hotel Victoria Suites in Barcelona. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The only downside was check-in, which was quite slow. There was a thunderstorm approaching, and many guests were arriving at once, but unfortunately, only one staff member was handling check-ins, which caused a noticeable delay. That said, once we were settled, everything else was smooth. Would stay again, but the check-in process could definitely use more support during busy times.
Extremely disappointing experience with this property. What was supposed to be a smooth and straightforward booking turned into a frustrating situation that led me to cancel my stay entirely. The way things were handled was unprofessional and not up to the standard one would expect from a Marriott-branded hotel. I had to make last-minute alternative arrangements, and I will not be considering this property again in the future.
