I would like to write an excellent review for the Address Hotel and extend my sincere gratitude to the reception staff, especially the lady who assisted me greatly with the car rental. She was exceptionally elegant and gracious. I also want to express my deepest thanks to the staff member who helped us with our luggage and arranged for the car to be brought to us promptly. Unfortunately, I do not know his name, but he and his colleague displayed the utmost courtesy and Arab generosity. Regrettably, I couldn't express my appreciation for their efforts as I was in a hurry. I wish my voice could reach the manager to honor them as the best employees and customer service team of the week.
