Adventure Dome Resort

It's hard to write a review on this resort. Resort is quite new and really nice, feel good in it, Architecturally, it is different from other Cambodian resorts with a beautiful area around the pool. The service is nice, but there are a lot of things I don't understand. I don't understand that even though we were alone in the resort and we saw at least four staff members, we had breakfast on a dirty table, the curtains in the room were never washed in my opinion, we had to ask for toilet paper, the room behind the table was incredibly dusty, if you like pastries for breakfast, bring your own :), because they are not served for breakfast... Huge humidity in the rooms and probably mould, so if you're sensitive to that, it's definitely not for you (the dome is okay, but would need to be cleaned). The location although it is further away from town was great for us. We rented a motorbike at the resort and went on trips. The resort has great potential but could use a little maintenance.

Hygiene and cleaning are much needed improvements beds are stained from previous customers, rooms are large but the cleaning of them is certainly lacking cleaners not knowing how to empty a bin even when it’s outside the room it gets left for days allowing several mites and pests It certainly lacks standard basics of clean levels but the main girl who runs the place is friendly can speak English and does try and her levels of cleaning are improved from others within the hotel I did ask on one occasion after Khmer new year and they had no staff to clean which I found poor The window in the bathroom is cracked and the ceiling is leaky allowing the bathroom to become your own private swimming pool it seems some much needed investment and improvement.

A lot of potential, but very poorly maintained. All rooms are moldy and will make you cough. Dome room roof looked like a biology lab, black spores everywhere. Pool was clean and nice, but site pictures are very misleading. No slide. Tower is a neat idea, but is rusted and poorly maintained. No chill areas set up anywhere, very unwelcoming. Staff were ok, but a bit of a language barrier, not giant though. A bit understaffed probably. Price is very high for what you get.
