The hotel is one of the bests in Playa El Agua beach and at walking distance to the beach. The installations are excellent for Venezuela's standards, but what makes this place amazing is the personnel. The people that works in this hotel gives their 100% to make you feel comfortable. I have to admit that all inclusive offers are not appealing for me, because I am not a eater of big quantities, but rather prefer quality and heathy food. I must say that I was gladly surprised by the food selection in the hotel in terms of quality and quantities.. food feels like home made food with good and fresh quality ingredients.
Relax and beach front with white sand with palms and blue water, really nice, very gentle service, and cost is really good compared to other similar demanding level hotel
The staff are excellent. They work as a team. DOMINGO is always jovial and ever helpful. The whole hotel is very neat .Will visit them again.
