AHG Riva del Sole Wellness Hotel

I stayed in the hotel for five nights with a group of people. The rooms were very clean and well-kept. Each guest got a set of three towels that were changed on demand. The air conditioning worked fine and the curtains helped make the room almost completely dark to sleep comfortably. The view of Lake Garda from the balcony was great. We enjoyed the swimming pool which is very clean and has a lot of space around to lounge. Finally, the food was delicious. We always had two options to choose from - a lot of seafood but meat-based meals were also available. I especially liked the catalan shrimps and stuffed eggplant. Everyone from the staff was really nice and helpful. My only issues are: the hot water in the shower was never really hot, more like warm. The elevator works very slowly and definitely needs renovation. Also, the handle of the balcony door was falling off, making closing the door a little challenge. No matter what, you can see that the renovation of the hotel is a work in progress and I am looking forward to coming back in the future on my own!

From the moment we arrived, we felt pampered and truly welcome. The hotel is immaculate in every detail, elegant yet cozy, with a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with every comfort you could wish for. The bed was incredibly comfortable for us, and the breathtaking view made our stay even more special. A special shout-out goes to the staff, always smiling, helpful, and attentive to every need. They made us feel right at home, but with all the indulgence of a dream vacation! What a fantastic team and the service they provide. From ensuring any parking accomodations were coordinated, to helping me secure taxi services from a more remote area I found myself in. I am very pleased that I chose to have my stay here. Thank you all.
