Aiden San Antonio Riverwalk

The room was very spacious and clean. The property was unique with very friendly staff. Robert check us in and was very personable and helpful. We had zero issues. Water pressure was amazing in the shower, and everything was clean. We live locally and did a staycation. I absolutely plan to return for the next staycation Oh the parking is valet but they are 24 hours and fast. All attendants were friendly and fast. Car was always ready almost immediately.

This place was amazing! My family and I normally get an Airbnb but decided to go a different route this time. The staff was amazing. The view was beautiful. The room was clean and it was very quiet at night surprisingly due to being downtown. I found one of the bed sheets had a small stain on it and called. They replaced it immediately. They were ready to help and gave us maps of the place and surrounding areas for my kids. Valet parking was a 10 out of 10! It felt like a luxury vacation staying at the motel. Very family friendly. Everyone was so nice. It was a very pleasant,relaxing experience ❤️ will definitely come back on our next stay

Everyone on staff here is so kind & friendly! From the front desk managers to the bellmen, the valet team & the bartender👌🏾 I stayed at the ‘Aiden’ on the recommendation of my friend who lives in the city! They did not disappoint! The location being so close to the convention center sold me initially but the warm customer service made it an enjoyable stay. Oh & definitely visit the speakeasy 😉
