The hotel rooms are adequate and spacious. However, the hotel is located on a hard place to reach. Situated on a mountain, there is a flight of stairs taking you down to the Haram

Worthless......... The only good thing is that it is near to HARAM It is hard to climb to hotel hight specially with family and small children. There is a small car for pick & drop service but Arab drivers only prefer Arab nationals to give a ride to hotel. Bath rooms are worthless with no space for shower No wifi in rooms and room service also worthless

30-05-2017 A Salam to all of you who is going for beautiful holly place in mecca. This place is not at all they don't have any respect they can't speak English on top they don't listen what you're actually trying to explain them they put you on hold until they can find someone who is actually speak English. Wifi is not working at all unless you're at reception might you're lucky forget about room and room size is just like box wash room is so dirty for don't feel like going in there on top they have old style shower don't work properly and while your having shower whole toilet is get wet bc of shower is right next to toilet after you is someone else like to go to toilet or shower forget about for good hours or too bc water take time to get dryer. Regard to walk good 15 minutes walks to haram pak and on top this place is not suite able for old people bc this hotel is right top of hill one side is good 100 stair and full of bad smell of other hotel toilets. Other side is hill and slop so can't walk again don't believe of people who is actually say this hotel is close to haram pak and is good I have spend time there just came back
