The hotel is terrible! What 3*? He doesn't even qualify for 1*. Unsanitary, dirty, the room stinks, the handles are torn off, the shower stall has no door, the linen is dirty!!! The food is monotonous and spicy. In the evenings, the administrator takes pictures of girls who have come to rest alone, and they are happy... It’s not surprising that Russian girls get bad reviews. The assistant chef for cold appetizers is openly looking for a victim during meals... Alcohol can only be taken for lunch and dinner for free, and only wine is swill!!! We tried not to show up at the hotel; it was impossible to just be in the room. And good reviews are written by those whom the administrator Aziz really asked... Every evening, those leaving with whom he communicated well were told to write a good review. Whoever got into an argument with him, he was always rude and told them to go to a 5* hotel. This is the only way to cheat people out of money. They pile on their SPA, although for me, it’s not a SPA, but a CPA😆, stink and dirt for $20. Wi-fi is paid - $10 for the entire stay, regardless of the number of days (for comparison, in other hotels it’s $1/day). Monotonous music blares all day. During the 8 days of your stay, the room was never cleaned, the towels were not changed, and if you asked, they would say no (((The bedding is torn and stinks, the mattresses are dirty and smelly... There is mold everywhere!!! The dishes in the dining room are dirty, we had to wash the plates and cutlery. There are flies everywhere. Srach and nothing more. Everywhere they write that the beach is their own - a lie!!! The beach is public, it’s a long walk with children, don’t believe those who write that there is line 3. You also have to pay for sunbeds at $2/piece every time. I’ve never had such a disgusting vacation!!!
