We truly enjoyed our stay at Akassia Swiss Resort. Everything was so amazing, from the genuine hospitality and professional service to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Great stay in Feb/March 2024. Very good value for the price. Delicious food, water park for children, perfectly maintained gardens. We liked the idea of thematic dinners, especially those with local fish meals. There is a beautiful coral reef accessible from two jetties. Disadvantages? It takes some time to reach it from the airport and the road is a bit bumpy. Also not all the swimming pools were heated so the ones which were could get too crowded.
The hotel is well maintained, the gardens are beautiful, and the food is also good. The evening shows are fantastic, and the animators are very energetic. The only thing I would like is for the animals, especially the mama dog who is often seen here, to be fed. There is a lot of food thrown away that could have been given to her. People are blind and pretend not to see her. She is not aggressive, keeps to herself, and waits, hoping that maybe someone will give her
