Probably the most comfortable hotel we stayed at the whole trip there. The staff was accommodating enough to hang on to our luggage when we arrived early to the reservation. We had an incident where one of the rooms were not ready upon arrival and they instantly provided another room for the individual, with no hassle. Rooms are clean, washrooms are amazing, staff is very responsive and air conditioning is provided. Good location in the middle of Miraflores, as well, so can't go wrong.
Near beautiful parks. Clean rooms. Quiet area. I slept great.
good locatio, very close to the park. but the noise is loud, esp 2nd floor. i couldn’t sleep well due to the various noise like steps, card swiping, chats and etc. the room is full thus i couldn’t change to a upper layer one. also the AC makes a loud noise too. however, i phoned the front desk again, another sir answered who was very nice and polite. finally i changed the room which was good
