Akumal Bay Beach & Wellness Resort All Inclusive

I just got home from my vacation in the resort and I had the best time of my life. I traveled by myself and I met so many people there that really changed my life. The stuff was very friendly, respectful and helpful. The food was good and the room was clean and nice as well! you can have unlimited drinks and food so for me it was absolutely worth it. I loved the location amazing beach a lot of pools all over the resort. Also there are nice people inside where you can book excursions that are also safe when you travel by yourself. i loved it and I will definitely come back!!

Just lovely here, I've been 3x my husband many more. Be aware, if you want ocean time, occasionally there is a seaweed but they do an amazing job clearing it promptly. Akumal Resort is a beautiful natural place, unfortunately, the place needs more care in regards to room update and maintenance of door locks, cleanliness, customer service all around and lack of food variety and flavor on the food offered. We went with our 17 and 19 years old son and daughter and they were not treated in a respectful way, neither was my partner, nor I. We felt that whatever service we requested was a bother and nobody really care to help or fix what was reported wrong.
