the property was located on the road side. I just had breakfast it was good. the room was big. but the AC was not good inside the room and there was no AC in the corridor. so as soon as you opened the door it was extremely Hot. About the room door the latch was unaligned. so to close it I had to firmly pull the door up and then lock. The same was with the bathroom door and had to struggle a lot. Also the bath towel was not washed nicely it was dirty and smelly. About the staff they were nice and polite and always assisted with a smile. the room service was also excellent. The checkout process hardly took 1 minute.
Average facility, but they have to give more attention to room cleanliness.
The good: breakfast was good and is about what you'd expect from a hotel breakfast, room was clean The bad: even though the swimming pool looks big, it isn't, around 120 cm that was the biggest disappointment, I was wearing my goggles and when I was swimming in it, it was very dirty, also the pool needs maintenance. The reception lady was very aggressive. We got a 2 bedroom suite and we were 5 adults and 1 child they only gave us 1 shampoo and one body wash gel, when we asked for more they made a big fuss about it. Overall stay was OK but huge disappointment given that the main reason we got the suite was for the pool and also because it had very good views. TLDR; If you want to come because of the pool, don't. The pool is for children, is dirty, and needs a lot of maintenance.
