Al Haram Hotel By Al Rawda

It was my fifth visit to this hotel in 2 years I prefer this hotel due to its location and price . But over the years the services have gone bad.washrooms were not properly cleaned and maintained. Room walls and furniture was also not maintained properly . There was no WiFi connection for the rooms. Rest everything is good only the management need to work on the proper management of cleanliness of the hotel one can not sit in lobby as lobby washrooms stinked alot.

The most pathetic place ever seen in my entire life. I mannered the staff especially the receptionist name Inayat. The miserable guy has no manners to deal with families. He was a janitor for some time and now he became a receptionist and considers himself the boss of the place. It is strongly not recommended for families.

Our experience isnt good. Room was comparatively small. No cleaning took place during our 4 nights stay. Washroom was too much absurd, commode was set in between two walls making it unable to be used properly, otherwise clothes get dirty. No wifi in rooms, just in lobby and that too with poorest quality. Reception team is nice but they dunno eng so big communication gap occured. Tried to change room but couldnt. Heard some rooms are big and Spacious enough but our luck. No kettle. No towels Charges were high as per the facilities given.
