Al Massa Dar Al Fayzeen Makkah

The rooms were great, especially compared to a 5-star hotel in Medina. The service was ehh. We didn't do anything, but the thing was they knocked loudly at like 7 am in the morning. i just truned back from fajr and was really tired and when i said i dont need the room service they kinda ignored or they didnt hear me of some kind until i opened the room and said thx that was the only downside and they didnt use the ac in the entrance hall it was kinda hot inside but overall not bad

good location but haven’t enough elevators should wait for a long time until elevator becomes about hygiene is zero too small rooms and old furniture carpets and beds aren’t clean the restaurant is very good breakfast and lunch

A nightmare. Went there Ramadan 2024. There was a leak in the room the day we arrived, which despite being fixed within an hour, we had to clean up ourselves because they didn't send cleaning staff.. Location is not that good. It's on a hill. Super noisy rooms (at least the one we were in). Dirty carpets! Uncomfortable beds. They don't charge the sheets unless requested and to top it all there were cockroaches!!! Our room was super small, felt like a double room where they fit all 4 of us. Food is sub par, but edible. Finally, there always was a queue at the elevator. Bottom line, RUN!!! Worst hotel experience in Makkah so far for me. NEVER AGAIN!!
