Beautiful hotel, very updated, and our favorite breakfast in Italy. The staff, however, are what made this hotel feel five star! They were available and even helped to lug our bags to our water taxi, which they set up for us. Also the rooftop terrace is absolutely beautiful!
They offer spacious, clean rooms and the staff was attentive, resourceful, and receptive to our needs. We made use of the sleeper sofa which sank in the middle and was not as comfortable as their king size bed. It is located close to the opera house so in the center of town and close to the high end shopping areas and the beautiful St. Marks square and basilica.
A great hotel for a comfortable trip to Venice. Short walks to all the key sights and yet far enough away to be a bit calmer during high season. All staff services were exceptional. Don't miss an afternoon or evening aperetivo from the rooftop bar.
