Albergo Diffuso Mannois

A true 5 star stay! We were warmly greeted by Shay who walked us to our room at the top of one of their ancillary buildings (5 minute walk). The room (Attic Double Room with Terrace) had a huge terrace, stunning views, and all the amenities you would expect including a fridge, coffee/tea, and toiletries. The air conditioning worked very well and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast each morning was really tasty - a wide assortment of fresh fruits, cereals, pastries, and hot items. For parking, I would ask the receptionists to text a pin to the location of the lot in advance of your arrival. The parking is ample and an easy 7 minute walk from the reception. I wish we had more time to have taken advantage of their beach club and other amenities but we will surely be back! Make sure to book a table for dinner at their restaurant, Sa Turre!

Its ok. Most rooms are in other building surrounding the main building. Only the main building is nice stone vibe. Rest are more soulless and quiet basic. Like a 2star hotel I would say. Would give a better review but they charged us for the small cheap bottles of water they left in the room at check out which was very sneaky and unnecessary to ruin guest experience literally at the last touch point.. Staff are nice and helpful for the rest.

Due to a death in the family, we were unfortunately forced to reschedule our booking. At first, everything was approved. The hotel’s website showed that many dates were still available, and they had agreed to the change. However, afterwards they sent us an email saying they could no longer honor the agreement. As a result, we lost the entire amount we had already paid for the nights. We are not allowed to come on different dates, and we find this to be very disappointing and a truly poor level of service, especially in such a difficult and emotional time for our family.
