A wonderful stay – full of heart and hospitality! We had an absolutely fantastic time at Aldiana Club Zanzibar! The resort is beautifully located, offering the perfect setting to relax and enjoy every moment. The food was consistently delicious, varied, and beautifully presented – truly a highlight for all the senses. What made our stay even more special was the entire team: every single staff member was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can feel the passion and dedication behind the service here. A very special thank you goes to Marinus and Kristin – your warmth, openness, and authentic hospitality made our stay unforgettable. You truly embody what great guest service is all about – big compliments! We’re leaving with many beautiful memories and are already looking forward to coming back.

Aesthetically beautiful hotel. Doesn't feel overcrowded, so there are lots of places to sit and relax either by the pools or on the beach. Good choice of food in the buffet restaurant every day, and lovely relaxed feel in there. However, it's the little things that you would expect from a 5* hotel that let this place down. Very little information is given about navigating your way around the hotel. There is no information in the rooms about services or amenities. You're literally left to find out everything for yourself. Having said that, the staff are always willing to help when asked. Drinks in the mini bar are warm, and no bottle opener is provided. There are no signs anywhere on the hotel premises to help guide you back to your rooms, restaurants, reception, etc. Reception staff seem poorly trained to deal with any queries you throw at them. Bar staff around pool areas, although helpful and friendly, don't always know how to make basic drinks. We asked for beach towels and were told we had to go all the way back to reception to get towel cards, which apparently we should have been given upon arrival. At reception, they had no towel cards, so then had to then go back and beg for towels. In summary, this hotel is all style but lacking in substance. Get all these little things right to ensure the guests have a stress free stay, and then i think it could be regarded as a 5* hotel. 4* would definitely be a more accurate rating as it stands.

The hotel have a lot of issues from falling bath room knobs to disconnected bath room sink drainage hose. The check in , was lengthy ( although we did all reservations a head of time) , I think because the staff at the receptions were incompetent, The location is great , they have nice walking area My kids had a food poisoning , they start to vomit and having diarrhea 4 hours after dinning in Jua restaurant ( buffet) , I think they didn’t clean the vegetable and fruits very well , or it was reheated foods not store very well , When I called to complain to tell them about the food poisoning in restaurant to make sure no more people get hurt, no one seem to care , I told them I want to talk to the manger , after many attempts , the reception manager ( Dianna) called me back , she has no ability to solve problems, showed up at 10 am the next day to tell me , we take the problem seriously ( whatever that mean), I told her what steps are u going to take to correct this problem ( food poisoning ), , she told me will call lab to test water !!!, I gave one star because of the house keeping they were helpful, for clean up as you can imagine Over all if you are going to go there be prepared for not working shower heads , broken doors knobs , unfriendly front desk staff and if you have food poisoning you are on your own
