The best hotel I have ever visited

Good afternoon, I'll tell you right away, everything is relative, I'm comparing this hotel with Porto Mare in Crimea. Both hotels are 4 stars, only in one you can choose meals, and in the other one it's ultra all inclusive. By the way, because of this, there is a high concentration of drunk people in Alean on weekends. So I'll tell you everything in order: The rooms in this hotel are better, but keep in mind that you can always miss something from the toiletries (we have a children's robe and children's shampoo). They get through the day well, the day badly. It all depends on the cleaning lady. The dining room is good, the food is delicious, but there is no varied menu for children. In general, this hotel does not like children, especially very small ones. Regarding the animation: It's normal for adults, but there is none for small children (from 1 year old to 4 years old), in Porta Mare it is there and it is very cool. Also, the animation is divided by age, which is terrible when your child is 7 years old, and they offer him to play with children of 4 years old, maybe someone was interested, but mine was not, so I had to teach the child to lie and say that she is 8. The beach of this hotel is a separate story, it does not exist, you could say, at least for children. It is difficult to go down there with a stroller, while there is a passage between security and the cafe, but you cannot go there with a stroller, because it is for some official use, because of this there was a conflict with the security. There is very little food in the cafe, no variety and yes, there is no ramp on the stairs in the cafe, that is, if the child is sleeping, and you want to sit in the cafe, then you carry the stroller up the stairs on yourself. The only thing I liked was the services of the medical center, especially many thanks to the nurse Lilia. The hotel application could be improved. I could not top up the wallet, it gave an error all the time. Secondly, the application does not show all expenses in the hotel. It would also be nice to see your appointments for procedures through apps. Tip the cleaners and medical center workers through apps, so the hotel would know who is doing a good job and who is not. Yes, we wanted to tell the customer service about the conflict with security, but at 7 p.m. there was no one there, although the working day ends at 8 p.m.
