Alenwan Serviced Apartments

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The place is clean, well-maintained, and offers a welcoming atmosphere. All the employees were extremely friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was courteous and helpful. The location is also convenient—close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and clean amenities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this place offers great value and exceptional service.

We stayed in 2-bedroom apartment and had an upgrade to sea view upon arrival. The reception employees were very kind and helpful, especially Ms. Fatin. I liked that during our stay there was no noise at all although it was fully booked and there were multiple construction sites nearby. I also liked that there’s underground parking. The apartment was clean and fully equipped but my only complaint is there were few set-in stains on the sofa and TV shelfs. Overall, excellent hotel, very cosy and convenient. Plus the location is great!

I was very disappointed with our experience with the management. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional, and we were left waiting for almost 20 minutes without any attention or assistance. As a result, we decided not to stay there. Thankfully, our next stop at the Naviti Warwick was a complete turnaround—our stay there was superb in every way.
