Visited in June 2025, Definitely 5Star + Rooms are lovely ~ but need upgrading. Wonderful settings, lots to do & nice quiet area if required for sunbathing. Evening entertainment excellent. Food main restaurant amazing. Never had such a selection. 5star +. The coffee shop/ food area by the quiet pools ~ baked potatoes amazing. Staff courteous, helpful & professional. Especially the two members of staff in the photos. They are a credit to the hotel team. Thank you both. Looking forward to visiting again next year. Well done to all the team xx

This hotel is a fantastic choice for families — everything from the atmosphere to the amenities is perfect for both kids and adults. And if you truly want to unwind, don’t miss a massage with Özlem. She’s incredibly skilled and made my stay even more special. Highly recommended!

we vacationed at your resort this year! The little boy had a stitch in his lip and had to have the stitches removed while we were in Turkey. But your medical staff there was unable to provide the requested service. We removed the stitch after we returned to Albania. My husband was not feeling well, he had a fever and a sore throat. You did a routine check-up at the resort where he paid 80 euros for the service, but the worst part of it was that you told him that he had to go to the hospital.. And you sent him to a private hospital, didn't you say that there were no state hospitals. You have your connections with private hospitals for your benefits. He spent a total of 500 euros, whereas if you had sent him to a state hospital, he would have paid something symbolic. Don't you feel a little ashamed and sorry for the tourists who spend a year's savings there? I'm not talking about the conditions of the hotel. It was the worst experience and I will leave these comments for you and your resort for all vacationers who, if they have any health problems, go to the state hospital. We paid 500 euros for a sore throat.
