From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a complimentary glass of wine, and the staff personally escorted us to our room, thoughtfully describing all its features. The room was spotless, with a fantastic view of the vineyard from a spacious balcony complete with a cozy fire pit. The property is beautifully maintained, with a serene pool area perfect for relaxing. Breakfast and lunch at Salvia were both delicious. Nestled in a beautiful and quiet area, this is the ideal getaway for anyone seeking privacy, romance, and exceptional service. We will be back.

Had an excellent stay here at the Alila in St. Helena. The property and rooms are beautiful and clean and the staff were overall very friendly and helpful. The rooms with a vineyard view are really spectacular and the pool area is really nice as well. If you’re looking for an upscale place to stay in Napa valley I would definitely recommend this hotel. And the town of st Helena is amazing and walking distance! Really cannot go wrong here and the points redemption rates for Hyatt can be really good! Great value to be had

The property is stunning, with a peaceful atmosphere, luxurious facilities, and breathtaking views of the vineyards right from our room. We stayed in a room with a private lanai and a cozy outdoor fire feature—a perfect spot to relax in the evenings with a glass of wine. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. Scott personally showed us to our room and gave us a thoughtful tour of the entire facility, which set the tone for a very personalized and attentive stay. We also received lovely welcome amenities for our anniversary, which added a meaningful and celebratory touch. Breakfast each morning was delicious and beautifully presented, with fresh, local ingredients. A special thank you to Luis, our waiter, who provided impeccable service and made each meal feel like a special occasion. The location in St. Helena is ideal—quieter, more refined, and much more charming than downtown Napa. It’s the perfect base to explore the best of wine country without the crowds.
