The location is excellent with Seaview. The rooms looked like they were recently renovated everything was almost spotless! There is grocery store right next the hotel. The boss Elvin was kind enough to help us check in early. The staff is very responsible and sweet. The breakfast was limited but very good basically anything you eat on a daily basis was available. We requested an omelette which was very delicious!!! I cannot forget. Overall we had a very great experience in Alison Boulevard hotel. I wouldn't say that I didn't like it but these are the only inconvenience we felt. - You get traffic noise in the room if you have road facing room. (Only if the windows are open.) - they didn't have iron (no laundry room maybe?) -you have to hurry to get out of the car because Hotel doesn't have any parking.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable but the curtains didn't close so we had to wake up at the crack of dawn because there was just so much sunlight. The breakfast was good, it had less variety but it still tasted nice and it was worth the price
Mixed Experience – Some Drawbacks to Consider: I recently stayed at this hotel and booked a suite that included two rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower box. The first room had one double bed and one single bed, while the second room had two sofa beds, which worked well for kids. Unfortunately, one of the bed linens did not appear to be clean or freshly washed. Another inconvenience was that the suite was located quite far from the elevator, which made access bothersome. Accessibility: The hotel entrance has stairs right at the front, making it difficult to carry luggage. You’ll need to ask the staff for assistance with your bags. (No one will come if you don't ask for help). Parking: There’s no designated parking for hotel guests. The only option is a paid parking lot across the street, which means you’ll have to carry your luggage and cross the road to reach the hotel. This is a notable disadvantage (Or you can park your car in front of the hotel to take your bags, but the police may stop you!). Breakfast: I recommend not including breakfast in your booking. I tried it and found it very basic, with little variety and average taste. It’s not worth the additional cost. Location: The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the Corniche. On the plus side, there are many grocery stores and shops behind the hotel, which adds some convenience. Overall: The hotel has potential, especially for families, but it falls short in key areas like cleanliness, accessibility, and services. Consider these points before booking.
