Positive: Great location and clean modern rooms. We took the family suite with sea view on both sides. Bathroom was big and comfortable. There is a space to sit for everyone. Two separate bedrooms with queen bed and a sleeping sofa in the living room. Improvements: Check in was taking a long time due to many guests coming around the same time with only space for two check in desks. Elevators are crowded and need to regularly skip one or two because they are mostly full. Breakfast was average with not many choices. Parking is not included and 40GEL per day underground.

We booked two rooms with a sea view, but we were given one with a sea view and the other with a city view. The difference in price was not refunded. The rooms smell of sewage, and many items are broken — in our case, the wardrobe and a kettle with a lid that doesn’t close. Cleaning is stated to be once every three weeks, but in practice they forget to do it. And there are huge queues for the elevator.

Worst service ever!!! I’ve stayed 2 nights in room 2001 here and they were the worst the hotel staff don’t care about the customers and they don’t do room service 3 nights and the room didn’t have cleaning service every time they say they will check and never get back to me I request toilet paper and towels they get me only one of each and I was with my family I really recommend anyone sees the review to go else where there are plenty of hotels with a lower price and better service than this one I couldn’t stay more nights here because also the cleaners are very rude and they shout on customers they should learn how to speak this is very unprofessional hotel and shouldn’t be a hotel all staff should have training how to speak with customers
