I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Hotel Jubail, and I must say that my experience was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was treated to outstanding hospitality, which set the tone for a wonderful stay. The front desk services were truly exceptional, with the staff being friendly, efficient, and attentive to my every need. Check-in was seamless, and I was impressed by the staff's professionalism. My room was immaculately clean and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. The internet connection was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for me. Room service was quick and efficient, and I appreciated the prompt attention to my requests. One of the standout features of the hotel is its wide car parking area, which was a blessing given the limited parking options in the area. However, there was one notable drawback - the lack of food and restaurant services within the hotel. This meant that I had to venture outside for meals, which was a bit inconvenient. In terms of pricing, I felt that the hotel was slightly more expensive than other options in the area. However, considering the high level of service and quality of the rooms, I felt that it was worth the extra cost. Overall, I would highly recommend the Four Seasons Hotel Jubail to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area. While the lack of food services is a drawback, the hotel's many strengths make it a top choice.

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for one month, and my experience had both positive and negative aspects. To start with the positives, the room cleaning services were exceptional. The cleaning staff worked with professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring the room was consistently spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. Their dedication is truly commendable and made my experience comfortable in this regard. However, there were areas that could use significant improvement. The hotel does not offer a breakfast option, which is a downside for guests looking for convenience in meal planning. Having a breakfast service would greatly enhance the overall experience for long-term stays. Additionally, the size of the toilet in the single room posed a challenge. At only 4x4 feet, it is insufficient for a proper shower setup, leading to discomfort during use. Expanding the bathroom space would make it much more accommodating and practical. Another major issue was the lack of soundproofing in the windows. As the hotel is located on a main road with heavy traffic and frequent honking at the nearby signal, the noise levels inside the room were extremely high. This made it difficult to sleep, resulting in considerable frustration. Installing soundproof windows would be a significant upgrade that could dramatically improve guest satisfaction. Also the wifi signals not reach to inside the room. Overall, while the cleaning services were a highlight, addressing these areas of concern breakfast availability, bathroom size, and soundproof windows could make this hotel a much more appealing and comfortable choice for future stays.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor, making it impossible to work or even browse reliably. Even after calling the reception multiple times, no immediate response was provided, which was frustrating. Additionally, the housekeeping service was far from satisfactory. We had to ask 2–3 times for the room to be cleaned, and when they finally did come, it was while we were still inside the room. On top of that, there was no parking available, which added to the inconvenience. This lack of attention to basic hospitality made my stay uncomfortable, and I would not recommend this hotel.
