Had an amazing stay during my trip for the Lady Gaga Singapore concert! So easy to book and the front desk staff was very informative and friendly. Very clean and modern interior. Love the style of the room. The front desk associate asked me if I was attending the Lady Gaga concert and informed me different ways of transporting to the stadium. Would really recommend trying this location out on your next vacation!
The hotel is located at a decent location. The staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are spacious and provides excellent room service. Breakfast at the hotel is excellent.
We had a 1 night stay due to a flight delay which meant a number of customers were filtered to this hotel. The organisation from the staff at this hotel (including transport, catering, and hospitality was top notch at short notice.) If I was in Singapore longer, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
