We had a great week in our apartment. The apartment is very roomy with great views. There's a balcony running all along the apartment with sun throughout the day. A well equipped kitchen, incl. some spices, tea, coffee, etc made cooking for the family easy. The sauna in the apartment is great for relaxing after skiing. There's also a small wellness center with a very nice warm pool. The ski bus stops in front of the apartment. If you don't have to walk in ski boots it's also in walkable distance. So is Laax centre.
Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Black Summit Laax, and we cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we booked, the level of service and support from the entire staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond to help us organize every detail, ensuring our visit was seamless and enjoyable. A special mention goes to Jason, the manager, who truly exceeded all expectations. Not only did he personally welcome us, but he also came to our rescue when we got lost in the middle of nowhere! His professionalism, friendliness, and responsiveness were remarkable. No matter the question or request, Jason was always immediately available with a solution, making us feel cared for and valued as guests. The accommodations were pristine, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our family’s needs. The location itself was breathtaking, offering the perfect balance of tranquility and adventure. Every aspect of our stay, from the initial booking to the moment we checked out, was handled with care and attention to detail. We are incredibly thankful for such an unforgettable experience and look forward to returning in the future. If you’re considering a stay in Laax, Black Summit is an absolute must. Definitely recommend! I recently stayed at Black Summit in Laax and had an incredible experience. The highlight of my stay was for sure the wellness area. The heated pool in the common area was fantastic – the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The temperature was just right, and the pool was large enough to swim comfortably. The outdoor setting, with the stunning mountain views, made it even more special. In addition to the wellness area, our apartment had its own private sauna - real luxury. The sauna was modern and easy to use. Loved it.
