Beautiful place, the staff is wonderful, the accommodation is beyond expectations. The food in the restaurant is delicious and because I follow a vegan diet they specialized the menu for me everyday for the whole week!! And next to that the staff was so kind I even got a quick course in folding napkins. P.s I recommend going for hikes around the area, it's gorgeous! All in all I had the time of my life. Thank you all for the wonderful service 💖
The hotel is perfectly situated. (Ski slope Galtur or bus to Ischgl nearby) Breakfast and dinner are varied, extensive and tasty. Rooms are classic but correct. The service is friendly. 1 exception has to come from my heart, we were treated really unhealthy and unfriendly by Jasmine on the last evening, which gives a pleasant vacation an unpleasant aftertaste. Hopefully she had a bad day, otherwise she should look for another job where customers are not her daily habitat.
I just finished a vacation there, The location is good but unfortunately it ends there They have Very bad service and the staff is not nice and helpfulat all the worst part was the food Ive never been in a hotel with such horrible food especially in the dinner Not recommended
