Alpholiday Dolomiti Wellness & Family Hotel

Suited for families, very clean and helpful. The service and staff are amazing. The location is very good, 7 minutes with ski-bus to a close Gondola that gets you to the mountains. Very good ski-rental in-store with good price. mini-club staff are angles!

The publicly accessible area feels more like a 2-star hotel rather than a 4-star one. The only nice place where you can comfortably spend time is the fireplace lounge, and that’s how I imagined the entire hotel would look. The stairwells feel like a prison. The elevator cannot be called; there is no programming, and if someone is going to another floor, you can’t select your own. The coffee machine keeps demanding cleaning. Unfortunately, the food is made from low-quality ingredients—chicken labeled as guinea fowl, regular beef described as wagyu. If we weren’t here with a group of friends, we would have changed hotel even at the cost of losing our money. The website shows pictures of the fireplace lounge, which is the nicest part of the hotel, and we assumed the entire place would look like that. We felt deceived. This is not a 4-star hotel, and I have no idea on what basis it received such a rating.

We had couple issues with room. 1. Noise from the vacuum hole from (7:30) 2. Running toilet 3. The double bed deciding in the night and creating a gap in between beds, which was caused due to staff removing the extra mattress, on the second day of stay while cleaning. Staff in reception refused to go up to our room to see the problem and promised that until evening they would fix all… only thing was fixed was the toilet…. After us again saying about bed lady in reception started very rudely and arrogantly saying that they fixed it but when “ manager “ went up with us he saw that indeed it wasn’t fixed and he requested cleaner to do it. However the noise from vacuum hole that woke us up every day at 7:30 with horrible noise wasn’t fixed. We were refused any kid of compensation… no discount even after addressing all issues.
