Great location on a vibrant street. Good sound insulation, so street life won't affect your sleep. The rooms were modern and clean with fridge and air conditioning. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good choice and was good quality. Very close to major transport links.

We stayed for 3 nights and were very satisfied. The hotel was clean and modern, recently renovated, with friendly staff and good housekeeping. There was a Nespresso machine in the room, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect for day trips. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this hotel for five days and, unfortunately, had to change rooms three times. When we first arrived, we were given a small room even though we had booked a deluxe one. The staff was reluctant to change it at first, since we had already entered the room, but after insisting, they finally gave us the correct room. However, for the next three days, the air conditioning and the fridge in the second room didn’t work. Although service staff came to check, they said they’d be back in 10–15 minutes, no one ever returned. On the last day, just before our departure (on an especially hot day), I went to reception again. Luckily, there was a different staff member who immediately offered us a new room with working A/C. On the plus side, the location is fantastic, very central and close to everything. On the downside, the breakfast selection was quite limited, not what you’d expect from a 4star hotel. Overall, the hotel felt more like a 3-star rather than a 4-star experience. There’s definitely room for improvement in both service and maintenance. Tip: Avoid top-floor rooms, they get extremely hot. And make sure the air conditioning and fridge are working properly when you check in.
