Great place for a 2 night stay in the Airbnb area!!! 2nd time staying booking a room for 2 nights and great family oriented place to be! Would recommend people to stay there! For the down part. They just need to get the jacuzzi and kids pool set up! But overall it was a very fun and enjoyable time
Excellent location, the rooms are run down, not maintained, with rust in the jetted tubs and uncomfortable beds and couch.The rooms have kitchens which is helpful when on restricted diets, but there are minimal amenities, with few tools to actually cook with, no kitchen towels or dish soap. The bathrooms have nice, big bath towels, but no hand towels. The patios are lovely with incredible views but are not cleaned or maintained routinely with peeling paint.
Hot tub and gym have been out of order and closed for months. My room floor was dirty upon arrival. One of three elevators was broken for half the week and there's no AC in the hallway as you wait for the elevator to traverse 12 floors worth of people. My rooms dishwasher sprayed water all over the kitchen and wasn't fixed. We were offered no compensation for any of this.
