I recently stayed at Amansari Hotel and had a great experience. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, with fresh and well-prepared dishes to start the day right. I would like to give special thanks to Navin from the restaurant — his friendly attitude, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made the dining experience even better. Truly a great example of excellent customer service.
Apart from not having a swimmingpool, EVERYTHING was super great and fantastic. Both frontdesk officers are totally welcoming, regardless night or morning shifts. They are super helpful and very polite. I couldn't remember all names but definitely Diya and Nik. Our room maker, Fatin was super super great, make the room so clean and didnt even hesitate to offer extra mineral waters since she saw two kids (under 2) in the room. Very kind gesture. The food, is totally worth yr money. The food rotation everyday was good. I love the part where they have a huge coffee maker. I hope their "egg maker" comeback faster hehe. Overall its super great
The room is basic but clean and no funky odours. There's toothbrushes but no shampoo /soap. Breakfast was included and the food was not bad at all! Excellent service staff too - from reception desk to housekeeping to restaurant ( the staff called Faizan was very attentive). Overall good value for money hotel if you are visiting in the area!
