A True Rabbit Hole for the Soul – Pure Bliss! This resort truly lives up to its enchanting name — a rabbit hole for the soul. The setting is absolutely magical. Nestled amidst lush greenery, with the gentle flow of the Kaveri river running through the property, it feels like stepping into a peaceful dream. One of the highlights for me was the cozy reading nook near the river — the perfect spot to unwind. The rooms are spacious and come with beautiful outdoor seating areas perfect for relaxing. The bathroom is a highlight featuring a tub beneath an open glass ceiling, letting in natural light and offering a spa-like experience. I can’t recommend it enough to anyone seeking peace, beauty, and a truly soul-nourishing escape.

Lil-bit overpriced for the location and service. 1. Good location but don’t get confused with Coorg as it is Kushalnagar, which is just before your start ascending for Madikeri ghat section. So, you won’t have misty and cool Coorg vibes here. 2. Spa is extremely costly as compared to premium Spa pricing in Tier-A cities. Also, I felt the resort team tries to push it as it fetches them good revenues. 3. Guests are supposed to shell unjustified/premium pricing for evening tea/coffee even if you have paid for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner all inclusive as part of premium package. Didn’t feel like paying Rs 180 inclusive of tax for single cup of tea and snacks extra (check menu pricing pic). 4. Very low speed WiFi, which limited to 2 devices only. Smart TV is there but you can’t connect it to WiFi so no YouTube. Minimal or limited options for in-door games especially when it rains. 5. This resort is good for short duration stay (1-2 nights max). For long durations, you will get bore here unless you don’t step out of resort to kill time and engage yourself.

Had a horrible experience, honestly it felt like we were robbed for the money we paid. It was my wife’s birthday and we just wanted a good time in a good property with good food. Nothing was as per our expectations. The day we arrived, we had issues in either in the room or with restaurant. The overall property was much smaller than described in their marketing. Room service, wifi, room lock, drainage and the list goes on and on - were not as per standard. I really don’t know who is praising their food and their restaurant, but I’m sorry it’s pathetic. From the restaurant staff to their food, everything was horrible. Not a single meal we had were had to explain the issue and they won’t even cut a sorry face. If you have visited there before, awesome and it’s the place for you. But please don’t go just by the reviews and how they are marketed. It’s not at all the same.
