Comfortable place with spacious, well-kept rooms. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the town center and very accessible. Customer service is excellent and genuinely caring. They could improve on the variety of food offered, especially in the main breakfast and lunch hall. The conference rooms are quiet and perfect for meetings. Fantastic pool with amazing views — a heated pool would make it perfect!
The rooms were nice and service cleaned every day. I never got the slippers even though I asked for them, and pen and paper only after I asked. Room Service takes 1hour to arrive so have that in mind when ordering food, same at every restaurant in this hotel (steak house, saffron and splash). Breakfast is open to the public and lots of people there with take away containers. Overall it was nice, but the food was ok - not good. The only nice dish was the butter chicken and naan.
It was an option of not giving even one star I would have put it, what kind of hospitality doesn't answer the phone calls, food takes over 45 minutes just to make spaghetti, call them more than six times to ask about the reservation they didn't even answer the call, better to shut down the place instead of calling yourself the best hotel in Malawi,
