Super clean resort. I'm very happy with what you get for the price. We loved the table service at the pool and the beach. The rooms were super cleaned and super air conditioned. The showers were amazing. Very surprising. Best in the country. The only thing leaving was the quality of the guacamole. It could have been better. They still deserve 5 stars. Because the service here is amazing. Like I said, I'm very happy.
Hotel is nice, has villas type rooms. Some are big for families. Some just small dobles. Shampoo, soap no conditioner. Coffee and water complimentary. Has a safe in the closet. Nice pool and slides for kids. Looks super fun, family oriented.
We encountered corruption through the service providers. We were charged a fee by the security to let us in claiming they were helping us by lowering the cost the place charges. The waitress did the same thing. So sad because I come t.this place Everytime I travel to Guatemala. The food was not great and we were not even given plates to eat. It was bad.
