5 Stars – Exceptional Service and Wonderful Staff! I had a truly fantastic experience at Hotel Amber El Fell. From the moment I arrived, the service was absolutely amazing. The staff are not only friendly, but also incredibly professional – always ready to help with a smile. A special mention goes to the supervisor Wafa, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. She was extremely helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring. Her dedication to guest satisfaction really stood out and made my experience even more memorable. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll feel welcomed and well taken care of, this is definitely the hotel to choose. I highly recommend it and will absolutely be coming back!

It's extremely family-friendly and makes you feel right at home. The service is excellent—I highly recommend it. Truly top-notch!
I definitely enjoyed my stay at Amber El Fell. I recommend this hotel — the rooms are clean and very nice, with a private beach and a medium-to-small outdoor pool. The only downside was the food: limited variety and not particularly delicious. But overall, a pleasant experience.
