I booked this hotel directly over a call at night and got a deal for ₹4000+. Since I arrived late and had to check out early for my Ganga dip, I didn’t get a chance to try the food, so I can’t comment on that. However, I did order tea, which was good. The property itself is not very fancy but decent if you’re looking for a quick stay rather than a luxurious experience. The rooms were okay, clean enough for a night’s rest. Two things bothered me: 1️⃣ Loud Music – There’s a waterpark behind the hotel, and the music was extremely loud and irritating. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay, this could be a problem. You may want to request a quieter room when booking. 2️⃣ Too Bright in the Morning – Rooms that get direct sunlight could use darker or double-layered curtains. It gets too bright early in the morning, which might not be ideal for someone who wants to rest. Overall, it’s a good stay for a short trip or pilgrimage, but if you’re expecting a peaceful retreat, you might face these issues. ⭐ Rating: 3.5/5

We came here to have dinner. It is one of the best hotels in this area. Part of a chain. Which makes it difficult to understand why the hotel fell short in maintaining its accessible toilet. We had a guest with us which was in wheelchair and wanted to use the accessible toilet. The toilet is flashy but the equipment is falling apart. The toilet seat is not secured and an unsuspecting person can sit on it and the entire seat can slip off the pot! The handrails are loose and shaky which means the person using them can get destabilising jerks. An avoidable situation. The resident manager was not helpful - he pointed out that they had another accessible bathroom which was better. Obviously he chose to ignore the risk prone bathroom and its potential consequences. The food and service were fine. Good experience. Hopefully the management will take note.

Firstly I would like to say, the staff in this hotel are so lovely, especially in the restaurant they went out of their way to help. The rooms are really really tired and in need of a makeover. Simple things like towels were very old and you only got one each, no extras… also the pillows were not hotel quality, you got one hard pillow and one really bad quality one. The public areas of hotel were beautiful and kept really clean. It’s hard for them currently as a new motorway is under construction close by making it hard to walk anywhere from the hotel. Again I must say all of the staff were lovely.
