Nice clean hotel that primarily serves flight crew, but it can also be a good choice for regular travelers. The buffet is above average and the location is great, although the room is not that spectacular. Still, the fact my family and I asked for help for tiny problems several times and they are mostly willing to help is the best.
My recent stay at the IHG property was enjoyable, with several positive aspects. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff at the front desk were welcoming and professional. My room was generally comfortable and offered a good night's sleep. However, the furniture and bathroom were a bit dated compared to the newer building. This was quite a letdown, as it impacted the hotel's luxury feel. While the rest of the room and the hotel's services met expectations, the state of the closet was a clear oversight in housekeeping. Behind the ironing board was a thick layer of dust, and the bidet was just a normal toilet seat with almost nonexistent water pressure—just a trickle (even on high). I hope this feedback can be used to improve attention to detail in guest room cleaning protocols. Despite these specific issues, the overall experience was satisfactory, but the dirty closet and bidet did detract from what could have been an excellent stay.
[Oct 2023] Rooms were new and comfortable! Twin: 16,300 yen Single: 12,350 yen (3 people stay in 2 separate rooms) The photo shows a single use room. Nothing to complain or point out. No matter who you invite, such as relatives or business partners, you are not likely to encounter any problems. On the other hand, the location was not inconvenient. There was a supermarket nearby, but there was no restaurant or Izakaya (pub-like restaurant). Also, the breakfast buffet (2,500 yen) was not interesting, although each dish was well prepared. For this price, I would like to see a slightly different presentation, such as meat dishes or seafood. Well, there was a convenience store on the other side of the aisle in the hotel, so those who are fussy about their money should use that?
