Andersen Boutique Hotel

Reviewing this hotel I noticed there is only 5 stars! Well, it should be 6 or even more for this hotel. This is our second stay and beside the fact that the location is perfect for first time visitors to Copenhagen, the rooms, service, food,facilities etc are excellent ( and all the wonderful staff too), I must mention an incident as we first checked in. We encountered a problem, which was of our own making, and although the two members of staff on reception tried to help and solve the situation ,which initially they tried very well, we accepted our fate and resumed unpacking. Not even 10 minutes passed but a knock on the door, from one of the receptionists. They had gone more than the extra mile to resolve our problem and ensure our stay was the most comfortable it could be. Thank you all once again for a wonderful stay and I will always recommend you.

I stayed here for 3 nights in summer. The hotel itself and the rooms are very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer luggage stotage. The daily breakfast is excellent with sufficient options for vegetarians. There is tea, coffee, still and sparkling water available. Highly recommended. I would stay here again.

Great location. Appreciate the variety of breakfast options. The fruit bowl and coffee/tea station in the common area were a nice touch. One of the chairs in our room was broken and wobbly but the rest of the room was fine. Gym was pretty basic and could use some smaller dumbbells. Would stay here again.
