We loved Casa Serena! The suites were spacious and the staff was very accommodating. Would stay here again!
This an affordable low key hotel. The premises are well maintained and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are all two bedroom suites. Parking in the secure lot is limited. Perfect if you are traveling with children. The rates are equivalent to a standard room at the major chains.
I would avoid staying at this place. The second room has a tiny window and there is no AC. I asked management to bring a fan or AC and they brought a machine that was incredibly loud and they had to crack a window open. I climed the volcano and I was looking for some restful, comfortable place to stay. This place is clearly not it. The bathroom also has soap scum on the shower walls.
