Apartamento AVE Vigo

Not bad for a one-night stay, but be aware that there's air conditioning in only one room. And downstairs, there's only one ceiling fan, and it's very, very hot. (Stayed in July) Otherwise, upon arrival, we had to call the central office because we hadn't received the entry codes. Not very convenient.

The apartment's location in Vigo is good, and the breakfast, which we were able to enjoy at the partner hotel about 500 meters away, was delicious. However, we were disappointed by a few things, especially given the high price (€1,099 for 5 nights). Shortly before our scheduled check-in at 4 p.m., we learned that the cleaning hadn't been done yet and we would have to wait. We didn't find a key in the key box, so we had to ring the bell and were initially asked to wait outside. Only then were we allowed upstairs. Due to our presence, the cleaning was completed very quickly, which unfortunately meant that not everything was clean. There was mold in the shower in the bathroom, and the toilet seat in the second bathroom wasn't installed correctly. We had to request towels and dish towels separately. There is no air conditioning, only portable units for the bedrooms and living area. Shower gel and hand soap were also obviously diluted with water. For the price, we would have expected a smoother process, more thorough cleaning, and better preparation.

Bonito hotel, recién reformado y muy bien ubicado, excepto si viajas en fin de semana. El parque cercano se llena de gente haciendo botellón y debajo hay un bar con música hasta altas horas, por lo que el ruido está garantizado toda la noche. Aunque haya cocina, tampoco hay servilletas ni rollo de cocina. Tampoco dispone de lugar donde dejar las maletas antes y después de acceder al alojamiento, por lo que debes dejarlas en algún lugar pagando dinero. Todo lo demás correcto, con domótica, camas muy cómodas y baños amplios y bien equipados.
