Great place to stay for vacation if you're going to el parque del café, Salento, palmas del cocora, they're all very close. This place has everything, there are pools, for adults and kids, basketball, football fields, even a place to do some bbq. Lots of parking inside.

Is not quiet at all, a lot of people with reggaeton everywhere and partying late at night. If you don't mind been around noisy people, try it.

Some of the pools are closed for the past 3 weeks. The steam rooms don’t work for the past 4 months. Administration keeps making unnecessary changes to steam rooms and it keeps breaking every week causing them to be out of service for days on. This has been happening for months now! There is an illegal coal plant behind the building and they burn coal and garbage every night. You can definetly feel the toxic smell all around so you have to close your windows all night (have in mind it’s really hot! ). There’s a bar/club behind the other side of the buildings which they play really I mean really loud music all night long! —-> when you first look at it, it looks nice. When you consider how inefficient the administration is and the lack of use you get for what you pay for. When you add the toxic smells at night and the loud music. It certainly does not seem so nice after all. ADVICE: Stay away for long stays!
